General Question

All orders made within UK usually takes between 1-7 days to be delivered. 

Orders placed will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours unless advised otherwise. No orders are processed over the weekend or on public holidays.

Please note: Request for Dyed bundles and custom wigs can take up to three weeks as they are custom orders.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

If you have already placed an order with us and need to change your delivery address, please do so within 24 Hours of your order confirmation. You can do this by contacting us at info@lewahair.com. In some circumstances your order may have already been dispatched so we advise you to contact us immediately when you realise you need to change the address.

How do I track my order?

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. You can only track your order if you selected that option at checkout.

What are the delivery times? 

We offer express delivery and standard delivery for all addresses in UK. Express delivery is 1-2 days and Standard is 3- 5 business days. Please note that these are guidelines and in some occasions it may take longer than this. Also, note that delivery time does not include our processing time.

International shipping is also available. The price of shipping depends on the weight of the parcel and will be calculated at checkout.

I have not received my order

Apologies if you have not received your item(s). If you have not received your item within 10 days of placing your order (UK only), please contact us at info@lewahair.com. Please note, If you contact after this time it may be too late for the courier service to investigate the issue.

 

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or may not require all the purchased. We are pleased to offer a strict quality control on our hair extensions, therefore we only accept items that have not been opened, worn and affected in any way. Hair must not be unrolled and must still be in its original packaging. 

Also, we offer an exchange in cases where individuals may want a different texture hair or style.  To make an exchange or refunds the order must be returned to us within 7days of delivery. Please add your name and order number for admin purposes. All customers are responsible for shipping cost and please use a traceable service (with a tracking number) to return the hair extensions and products. This is to make sure the item does not get lost as we are not liable for lost returns.  All returned hair extensions and products are inspected thoroughly to make sure the return requirements are met before processing a refund or exchange. 

No returns or exchange accepted for customised items; custom made wigs or any chemically treated products, e.g. colouring, bleaching, etc that may have been instructed by the customer to us. 

Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible but within 12 hours of purchasing your order. An email will be sent to either confirm if your order has been granted or not. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel it but you can return or request an exchange your item(s), once you have received it, as long as the return and Exchange guidelines are followed.

Mix your wig shampoo with cool water in a sink or basin. DO NOT USE WASHING MACHINE!

Gently dip your wig/hair up and down into the water mix. 

Then rinse thoroughly in another cool water. Hand Drain out gently. 

Run a Conditioner through the hair. Then rinse thoroughly.

Towel Pat the damp hair and leave out to dry out.




The pack of hair you will need for a full head really depends on the hairstyle and extension style. See our individual product description for recommended pack.

We do not currently offer payment plan on our products.
